The notorious representative of the Azerbaijani delegation to PACE, Ganira Pashayeva, who is known to disseminate false propagandist literature and snobbish tales about Armenian “occupants” behind the scenes at PACE, this time endeavored to tell the Azerbaijani truth to Council of Europe Secretary-General Thorbjoern Jagland.
Baku-based media reported that on the second day of the PACE spring session, responding to the question by the member of the Azerbaijani delegation Ganira Pashayeva saying that many resolutions adopted by the Council of Europe have not been implemented yet, Mr. Jagland said: “In principle you are right that many resolutions of the Council of Europe have not been implemented until today.” Nevertheless, he said, that the process of solving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is carried out by the OSCE Minsk Group. “I think the CoE will not interfere in this process,” said the general secretary.
