The average Internet speed totaled 303.85 kilobytes/sec in Armenia as of June 2010.
According to the results of a research placed on Speedtest.am website, U!Com (636.66 kilobytes/sec), FastNet (450.99 kilobytes/sec), Orange (345.43 kilobytes/sec), Cornet (334.15 kilobytes/sec) and Beeline (332.00 kilobytes/sec) secured the highest carrying capacity of Internet in June, PanARMENIAN.Net reported.

Obama signs Iran sanctions bill

U.S. President Barack Obama signed a bill imposing tough new sanctions against Iran over its alleged nuclear weapons program.
