20 years required to complete excavations in Tigranakert, Artsakh

Head of Artsakh expedition, PhD of History Hamlet Petrosyan presented the results of excavations in Tigranakert, Artsakh.

Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declassified Armenia-NATO Individual Partnership Action Plan (IPAP) to ensure transparency of international military and political cooperation.
