Bako Sahakyan meets Andrzej Kasprzyk

On 16 November Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President informs about this.

Issues related to the situation along the contact line between the NKR and Azerbaijan armed forces were discussed during the meeting.

Touching upon the incident of shooting down the Defense Army’s helicopter conducting training flights, the President called Azerbaijan’s actions villain and destructive. The Head of the State noted that the Azerbaijani behavior endangered the maintenance of stability and peace in the region and created serious hindrances for the OSCE mediatory efforts.

Bako Sahakyan highlighted the necessity of strict and addressed evaluation of the incident by the international community, pointing out at the same time that such provocative actions of Azerbaijan would not remain without response.
