Bako Sahakyan signed a decree

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring honorary title of the NKR Honored Lawyer to NKR deputy attorney general Aramayis Avagyan and advocate Garsevan Mikayelyan for substantial contribution in strengthening legality.
