Azerbaijani saboteur wants to apply to Artsakh Republic President for an excuse

Azerbaijani saboteur Dilkam Askerov who was caught in Karvachar region of the Republic of Artsakh on July, 2014 and was sentenced to life imprisonment, now does not want to appeal the court decision.

The saboteur’s attorney Erik Beglaryan informed “Artsakh Press” about this and added that Askerov could made decision till January 29.

“I saw him after the court decision. He said that he did not want to appeal the decision but he may apply to the NKR President for an excuse”, said attorney.

In July, 2014, a group of Azerbaijani saboteurs (three people) passed the Artsakh Republic state border illegally and made a range of crimes here. They killed a teenager, killed a serviceman and wounded a woman in Karvachar region.
