Artsakh Foreign Minister meets postgraduate students of the Russian National Research Tomsk State University

On February 6, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic Karen Mirzoyan received a group of postgraduate students of the Russian National Research Tomsk State University, which had arrived in Artsakh in the framework of the Winter School initiated by the “Russian-Armenian Cooperation” Organization and supported by the “Russia in Global Affairs” journal. Official web-site of the NKR Foreign Ministry informs about this. 

The Foreign Minister presented the main directions of the NKR foreign policy to the students, as well as touched upon the process of peaceful settlement of the conflict between Azerbaijan and Nagorno Karabakh in the context of the regional and global developments.

Karen Mirzoyan noted the importance of the Winter School participants’ visit to Artsakh in forming an objective and unbiased picture of the political processes in the NKR, as well as for establishing contacts with representatives of the scientific circles of Artsakh.

The Foreign Minister also answered the questions of the participants.

Chairman of the “Russian-Armenian Cooperation” Organization Yuri Navoyan participated in the meeting as well.
