Soldier of Artsakh Defense Army died

On February 14, at night, at about 04:40, Armenian soldier Arman Sergey Osipyan (born in 1995) was shot to death in the military unit of the Artsakh Defense Army. Press service of Artsakh Defense Ministry informs about this. 

The case is under investigation.
