Health Ministry of Armenia calls on to avoid being in public places

Attempts are made to increase preventive measures against swine flu by Armenian Health Ministry and UNICEF.

Experts recommend to wash hands frequently, not to contact with infected people and avoid being in public places.

Armenian Health Ministry reports that 14.948 people were hospitalized with acute respiratory arrests on Thursday, January 14, including 796 people with pneumonia, 199 pregnant women with pneumonia and acute respiratory arrests.

92 patients are kept in intensive care units.

According to reports 11 people are dead from H1N1 in Armenia.
