Armenia sticks to its position on demanding Nagorno-Karabakh’s peace settlement involvement- Hermine Naghdalyan

Hermine Naghdalyan, Head of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), says that the two anti-Armenia reports discussed at PACE we actually Azerbaijan’s attempts to change the format of the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process, namely the OSCE Minsk Group.

The delegation leader said that the PACE reaches solutions based on the simple majority principle, so the platform was favorable for them,”

She added that Armenia sticks to its position on demanding Nagorno-Karabakh’s direct involvement in the current processes to settle the conflict.

“Our policy has been and remains [the call upon] the PACE to cooperate with the Artsakh lawmakers, as they did in the case of Kosovo, Kyrgyszstan and other states as part of the partners in the democracy program,” she added.
