US to allocate $10 million to strengthen Armenian-Georgian border

US will allocate $ 10 million to the Georgian Border Police.

According to the Georgian Interior Ministry, on February 1 the agreement was signed in Georgia between the Georgian Border Police and the US military threat reduction agency, reports “Armenpress” citing “Gruzia Online.”

According to Interior Ministry’s data, the constructions of “Kasumlo” and “Keda” infrastructures to begin in the first phase of the implementation of the agreement.

Based on the agreement, the border sectors are to be provided with night vision devices, motor vehicles and special equipment.
