Lawsuit over killed Armenian soldier launched

Military Investigation Department opened a lawsuit over the case of serviceman Simon R. Chavrshyan’s murder by the enemy, reports Investigative Committee’s Information and Public Relations Department.

On the night of February 5, a 03:55am, at one of the posts in the southern section of the border, serviceman Simon R. Javrshyan (born 1996) received a mortal wound.

The investigation is under way.
