Special operation launched against Kurds in Istanbul

Istanbul police conduct a special operation against Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which fights for the rights of Kurds in Turkey, reports “Armenpress,” citing “Anadolu” news agency.

Many individuals are arrested, whose identities have not been disclosed.

More than 200 soldiers in 2015 have been killed in Turkey in the military operations against PKK.
