New letters to be used in license plates in Armenia

The letters ‘G’ and ‘X’ are to be added to the letters used in license plates in Armenia- ‘A’, ‘C’, ‘D’, ‘F’, ‘L’, ‘M’, ‘N’, ‘O’, ‘P’, ‘Q’, ‘R’, ‘S’, ‘T’, ‘U’, ‘V’ and ‘Z’, reports “Armenpress”, noting that the draft resolution has been included on the government’s on March 10 agenda.

“The need for decision-making is due to the fact that demand for license plates is decreasing, as the license plates of great interest are almost exhausted,” reads the draft resolution.
