Government approves ‘On Protection of Selective Achievements’ draft resolution

The government has approved the draft resolution entitled ‘on Protection of Selective  Achievements.’

An examination of legal acts regulating agriculture sector has recorded a number of economically inefficient and inappropriate mechanisms that results in following offers:

– The application of preliminary examination of selective achievement to  be set  for a month (instead of three months),

– To approve the charging fees to keep all these documents of selective achievement valid, as well as for a patent and patent application.

The point is that the amount, period of fees charged are determined by the law “On State Duty,” which however, does not determine any fee on selective achievements.
