NKR President and Head of General Staff of Armed Forces discussed number of issues related to army building

On March 14, Artsakh Republic’s President Bako Sahakyan hosted the head of Armenia’s Armed Forces General Staff, Colonel-General Yuri Khachaturov.

As the Central Information Department of Artsakh Republic’s President reports, during the meeting, which was attended by the NKR Defense Minister Levon Mnatsakanyan, a number of issues related to army building and cooperation between the two Armenian states in this sphere were under consideration.
