Keys of a newly built apartment building are handed to the residents of Kovsakan town, Artsakh

On 10 April Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the town of Kovsakan in the Kashatagh region and partook in a solemn ceremony of handing over keys from a newly built apartment building. Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President informs about this. 

Thereupon the President got acquainted with working conditions of the newly built hospital in Kovsakan and visited the construction site of a new kindergarten being built in the town. Bako Sahakyan considered important the development of the southern regions and improvement of the population’s socioeconomic conditions, adding that the state would continue doing everything possible in that direction.

Chairman of the NKR National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, vice-premier Arthur Aghabekyan and other officials accompanied the President during the visit.
