Ilham Aliyev is in Astrakhan

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Astrakhan on a working visit to attend the 4th summit of heads of state of the Caspian littoral states. Azerbaijani Press Agency informs about this. 

Ilham Aliyev was welcomed by high ranking state and government representatives at an international airport of Astrakhan, according to the source.
