The OSCE welcomes offers on Ukraine

OSCE Secretary General Lamberto Zannier has welcomed offers by France, Germany, Italy and Russia to help in implementing the Minsk documents. OSCE official web-site informs about this. 

Discussions are ongoing amongst the 57 participating States on details of the offers to put Unmanned Aerial Vechicles (UAV) and related personnel at the OSCE’s disposal.

“I welcome all offers aimed at ensuring implementation of the Minsk Protocol and commend the diplomatic efforts being made on all sides. It is excellent to see the governments working in a cooperative and inclusive manner to resolve this crisis” said Zannier.
