Second Artsakh International Poetry Festival takes place in Stepanakert

On 21 October President Bako Sahakyan received a group of participants of the Second Artsakh International Poetry Festival being held in capital Stepanakert. Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President informs about this. 

President Sahakyan noted with satisfaction that holding International Poetry Festival in Artsakh was already becoming traditional, adding that such events had a significant role in the development of culture in our republic and introducing Artsakh to the outer world.

Head of the Artsakh Union of Writers Vardan Hakobyan and other officials partook in the meeting.
