Ilham Aliyev met Minsk Group co-chairs Igor Popov of Russia, Robert Bradtke of the USA and Bernard Fassier of France and Andrzej Kasprzyk, special representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office. The Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group arrived in Baku on September 6.
Bernar Fassier(France) announced earlier, that they would be at Baku on September 7, at Stepanakert on September 8 and at Yerevan on September 9.
