The resident of the village Raman Maherram Nuru has been arrested today, 1news.am informs.
M. Nuru has stabbed his relative Pyarvana Abishova while clearing personal relations.
The victim was brought to the hospital, where she got aid.
Nuru was arrested earlier to. The case is being examinated.
