An employee of the Azerbaijani Justice Ministry has been accused of murder.
Penitentiary Service employee Habil Bayramov was accused of killing 52-year-old head of the Bilajari Power Supply Office Ismayil Allahverdiyev on Bunyadzade Street in Baku on Aug. 22.
