An organizer of the armed incident in Lankaran region of Azerbaijan was arrested, Apa.az reported.
The deputy chief of Lankaran region police office Javid Agayev said Arif Feyzullayev, who fired on peaceful people outside the mosque was detained as a result of special operations. Other participants of the incident aren’t found yet.
