Russia,Israel signed a military cooperation agreement

Belarusian police detain six suspects in Moscow embassy attack

Belarusian police have detained six suspects in a firebomb attack on the Russian Embassy in Minsk, a spokesman for the capital’s police department said on Monday.

OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair Bernard Fassier (France) arrived in Baku.
According to Apa.az, his Russian and US colleagues Igor Popov and Robert Bradtke are expected to arrive in Baku on Monday.

The low turnout rendered Moldova’s referendum invalid

Moldova’s referendum on whether the country’s president should be directly elected was declared invalid on Monday as voter turnout has not reached the necessary 33.33 percent, the head of the Moldovan Central Election Commission said.
