B. Sahakyan: “Artsakh Police have the necessary potential to solve successfully the problems it faces”

Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan sent a congratulatory address letter in connection with the Police officer day. Central Information Department of the Office of Artsakh Republic President infrms about this.

The address runs as follows:

“Dear Police officers and veterans,

On behalf of the Artsakh Republic’s authorities and myself personally I cordially congratulate you on your professional holiday.

This year for the first time in Artsakh the Police officer day is celebrated on the 30th of November. This is a memorable day as the protection of citizens’ rights and freedoms, the interests of the society and state, the maintenance of public order and fight against crime and offenses are carried out by the work of your system.

Every police officer must treat the implementation of his professional duties with a deep consciousness and a great responsibility. Your activity has a direct impact on the well-being of our people and the image of our independent democratic state, which requires high professionalism, human and moral values, patriotism and devotedness.

I am confident that the Artsakh Police have the necessary potential to solve successfully the problems it faces and will continue to do everything possible for raising the efficiency of their work on a steady basis. The authorities in their turn will continue to support the amelioration of working and social conditions of the structure’s workers.
