The Western Regional board is continuing the long-standing mission of Hamazkayin founding fathers to promote theater arts to Armenian communities all over the world. This unprecedented theater festival will instill the love of Armenian theater in children, teens and adults. The plays will promote expression in our Armenian language and educate on important topics.
The Los Angeles community will have the pleasure of welcoming the Hamazkayin State Theater Company under the artistic direction of famed director Sos Sargsyan with its cast and crew of 16 members.
“Anpan Hourin” by Hovhanes Toumanian, “44 Degrees,” a drama about emigration and “Sale,” a tragicomedy performance will be performed during the festival.
