Member of the Armenian delegation to PACE Naira Zohrabyan asked a question about Armenian prisoner Hakob Injighulyan at the PACE session. “Naira Zohrabyan asked a question about Hakob Injighulyan on connection with the PACE Secreaty General’s speech. The issue was also discussed in non-public platform, but as the issue is out of the PACE mandate, no active actions are expected”, head of the Armenian delegation to PACE Davit Harutyunyan told “Armenpress” news agency. 

According to him, head of PACE Anna Brassor will refer to Injighulyan’s issue during her presidency as the Ministers’ committee in Azerbaijan. “I think, the PACE leader will try to approach the issue in another context, if the issue is not settled till then. I do not accept more active steps”,  D. Harutyunyan noted.
