Edward Nalbandian meets Elmar Mammedyarov

On April 4, the Acting Foreign Affairs Minister of Armenia Edward Nalbandian, Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammedyarov, the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Igor Popov, Jacques Faure, James Warlick, as well as Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk had a meeting in Moscow. The negotiations touched upon the possibility of arranging a high-level meeting in the near future.

The Co-Chairs continued discussions with the Ministers on ways to move forward the Nagorno-Karabakh peace process.
