OSCE Special Representative for Transdniestrian settlement process to meet the sides on 9-10 February

The Special Representative of the Serbian OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for the Transdniestrian Settlement Process Ambassador Radojko Bogojević will visit Chisinau and Tiraspol starting today. OSCE official web-site informs about this.

Bogojević is visiting Chisinau and Tiraspol for the first time this year to prepare the ground for the next round of 5+2 negotiations, which will be scheduled once the working groups and the meetings in the 1+1 format resume their work in 2015. The chief negotiators of the sides have not met since 6 October 2014, when the electoral process put Chisinau’s engagement at this level on hold, pending a new government.

Bogojević will meet interlocutors from both sides on his trip to Tiraspol on 9 February, and in Chisinau on 10 February.
