Migrant males banned from a public swimming pool in German, Cologne

As it is reported, after women’s complain of harassment, a German town has banned asylum seekers from a public swimming pool.

An official in Bornheim said men from the nearby asylum shelter would be barred until they understand that such behavior wasn’t acceptable.

Hundreds of sexual assaults were committed in Cologne and other German cities on New Year’s eve.

As it is known more than 1.1 million people claimed asylum in Germany in 2015.

Those attacks, by men of mainly Arab and North African origin, raised the tensions over the influx of migrants.

Markus Schnapka told Reuters, “ Some women were promoted to leave because of the complains of sexual harassment and chatting-up going on in this swimming poo”.

He said that social workers in the town would help to ensure the asylum seekers to change their behavior.

It is not clear yet how this rule will be enforced, although Germany is set to introduce new ID cards for migrants in February.

On Thursday, the authorities in another town in west Germany canceled a carnival parade planned for February for security purposes.

However, Cologne authorities promised to set up security and public awareness
