Armenian delegation to PACE has elaborated steps for any scenario, says member

An Armenian lawmaker representing the national delegation to the Council of Europe’s Parliamentary Assembly (PACE) repots they have elaborate steps to any scenario threatening the passage of the two anti-Armenian reports.

“ I cannot open many brackets now, but we have different improved steps for any scenario. Be confident that the Armenian delegation, the National Assembly and many officials have made any possible effort to pave way for our success. Anyway, not anything depends on us,” Vahan Babayan, a member of the Prosperous Armenia faction in Armenia’s National Assembly reported.

The anti-Armenian reports proposed by Robert Walter(UK) and Milica Markovich(Bosnia and Herzegovina), will be on the agenda of the PACE’s Winter Session scheduled for January 25-29.
The Armenian delegate did not comment on the reports but planes to replace the delegation members.

Asked whether the resolution’s possible passage is likely to provoke Azerbaijan to large-scale military operations, Babayan said he doesn’t have such expectations. In his words the country would have long ago launched aggression if it had the necessary resources and potential.
