IS militants have released 270 hostages of 400 in Deir ez-Zor

So called “Islamic State” militants have released 270 hostages from captivity in Syrian city of Deir ez- Zor, reported Reuters.

“ IS has released 270 of 400 civilians from capture, mostly women and children”, it is said in the statement of the agency.

On January 17, it was reported that 400 people were captured by the militants of the terroristic group “Islamic State” in Syria’s Deir ez-Zor city after the mass murder of civilians.

According to AFP data, people were caught in the suburban districts as well as in suburban areas by the terrorists.

As it is reported 335 people were killed during the armed clashes including dozens of civilians in Deir-ez-Zor.
