Congressman endorses Ardy Kassakhian for Assembly

Ardy Kassakhian announced on Thursday that Congressman Brad Sherman has endorsed his campaign for Assembly District 43.

“Ardy Kassakhian has dedicated his life to fighting for good jobs, quality schools and safe streets in all our neighborhoods,” stated Congressman Brad Sherman.

“In the Assembly, Ardy will fight tirelessly to keep film and TV production jobs right here in the LA area, to strengthen our economy, and support the middle-class communities hurt by the loss of Hollywood production jobs to other states.”

Sherman has served in the U.S. House of Representatives since 1997 and represents the San Fernando Valley, including portions of Burbank that are in Assembly District 43.

Congresswoman Jackie Speier, who serves as a Senior Whip in the Democratic Caucus, and Congressman Frank Pallone , who is the Ranking Member on the House Energy and Commerce Committee also endorsed Ardy Kassakhian.
