Names of ARF-D Ministers known

In an interview with azatutyun.am, the Head of the ARF-D party’s parliamentary faction Armen Rustamyan said that ARF-D representative David Lokyan will be appointed as the minister of regional administration.

The first result of the cooperation between the Armenian Revolutionary Federation Dashnaktsutyun (ARF-D) and ruling Republican Party of Armenia (RPA) is the division of the Ministry of Regional Administration and Emergency Situations.

“The issues have been under consideration and it has been a subject of our negotiations as well.

So these are, as it were, the first manifestations of our cooperation, and the issues had been discussed before,” Mr Rustamyan said.

As part of cooperation with the RPA, ARF-D members will occupy another two ministerial posts – the minister of education and science (Levon Mkrtchyan) and the minister of economy (Artsvik Minasyan).

ARF-D members will also be appointed as governors of the Shirak and Aragatsotn regions.
