Price of Russian gas supplied to Armenia to be reduced-Konstantin Simonov

General Director of the Russian National Energy Security Fund Konstantin Simonov believes that the price of Russian gas supplied to Armenia is quite low, although a completely different view prevails in Armenia.

The expert noted at the “Trans Eurasian path. Integration for Development” discussion that the “Gazprom” company has taken under its control Armenia’s gas distribution system, instead reducing the gas price supplied to Armenia.

Meantime, Simonov did not rule out that the gas supplied to Armenia will be reduced by 15-20%, as the price in Europe has fluctuated between 200 dollars, that’s why the price of Russian gas is not considered “appropriate.”
