Iranian and Turkish officials discussed Syrian problem
Vice-President of Turkey's Justice and Development ruling Party and in charge of foreign affairs of the party Omar Celik discussed deployment of Patriot Missile system in Turkey and Syria with Iran's Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ramin Mihman-parast. Iranian state news agency IRNA writes about this.
Celik said in addition to the aforementioned issues, the two sides discussed bilateral relations and regional issues, too.
He added that officials of Iran and Turkey have differences in a number of issues, but the differences have no effect on bilateral ties.
Mihman-parast, for his part, and at the end of the meeting told reporters that Iran-Turkey cooperation creates security and stability in the region.
