A criminal case has been initiated on the fact of Hakob Injighulyan’snot returning back to his military postunder

A criminal case has been initiated on the fact of Hakob Injighulyan’snot returning back to his military postunder Article 365 Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.

Preliminary investigation findings have not established corpus delictiin Hakob Injighulyan’s actions. It was justified and proved that Injighulyan appeared on the territory under the protection of the Azerbaijani forces exceptionally in the result of losing his bearings on the terrain, and he will not be subject to criminal prosecution upon his repatriation.
