E. Sharmazanov: Artsakh sacurity and NKR independence can’t be compromised

Deputy of Armenian Parliament, speaker of Armenian Republician Party Edward Sharmazanov commented on Sargsyan-Aliyev recent meeting. He especially said:

“First, this meeting is important as it breaks long silence in negotiations.

Second, it’s always better to negotiate than not to do it. We, unlike Azerbaijan, have announced for many times, that Nagorno-Karabakh issue can be settled only in peace way through the peace negotiations. The main achievement is the fact that Azerbaijani President is taken back to the negotiating table. We have the same attitude: there are some issues which can’t be copromised. These are Artsakh safety and NKR independence”.
