Military expert Artsrun Hovhannisyan met journalists today and spoke about Azerbaijan and it relations with the neighbors. As the expert noted Azerbaijan is a not stable, artificial state which has many inner and outer problems.
The speaker noted that Azerbaijan has conflicts with its all neighbors. “These conflicts do not get hotter and are kept frozen due to the grant countries”.
A. Hovhannisyan noted Turkmenistan as an example. Azerbaijan has serious problems with this state. According to the expert Azerbaijani side has dispute over the oil mines with this country. “In case of any dispute with Turkmenistan Azerbaijan may lose the profits of the oil and gas which fills the budget of this state,” the speaker underlined.
Speaking about the Azerbaijani problems and Armenian interest in it A. Hovhannisyan underlined the importance to inform the international society and inner audiance about the situation in Azerbaijan.
