Armenian chess player has success at the World Youth Chess Championship

Armenian CM Shant Sargsyan scored 8,5 points out of 11 and shared 1st-4th places among 105 participants in the boys under 12 group of the World Youth Chess Championship that was held in Durban, South Africa. Armchess.am informs about this. 

Unfortunately, by the tie-break Shant took the fourth place. But the performance of the Armenian young chess player in the World Championship should be considered very successful.
