Court trial of V. Oskanian’s application is postponed

On September 3 the application by Armenian former Minister of Foreign Affairs Vardan Oskanian will be examined at the Armenian Supreme Criminal Court chaired by the judge Henrik Ter-Adamyan. Vardan Oskanian is also included as a victim in the money laundry. The case is launched by the Armenian National Security Service. Past Info news agency informs about this.

The court case was scheduled on August 23 but the session did not take place as the representative of Vardan Oskanian was absent.

Remind that representative of the chairman of the ”Civilitas” foundation, member of the ”Prosperous Armenia” fraction in the Armenian National Assembly Vardan Oskanian claims to take back the decision by the inspector as according to him his rights are violated.
