S. Sargsyan hosted Argentinean Minister of Foreign Affairs

On September 4 Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan hosted Minister of Foreign Affairs of Argentine Hector Marcos Timerman in frame of his visit to Armenia. Press service of Armenian President informs about this.

Armenian President underlined that despite of the geographical farness Armenian-Argentinean relations have always been warm and friendly before Armenian independence as well. S. Sargsyan underlined that Armenia was ready to deepen relations with friendly Argentine and hoped that Argentinean MFA’s visit would be another stimulus for the relations.

Argentinean Minister H. M. Timerman underlined that Armenia is not just a country but also a country which has a respectful history.
Both sides rated the cooperation in frame of the international organizations.

The sides also exchanged opinions on the international and regional issues.
