R. Hovhannisyan refused his parliamentary mandate

Meeting in executive session on September 9, the governing board of the Heritage Party considered Chairman Raffi K. Hovannisian’s report and in advance of the presidential elections decided to honor his determination not to assume his parliamentary mandate.

Speaker of Armenian Parliament speaker R. Hovhannisyan announced about this during the NA session and added that if R. Hovhannisyan did not take back his application his resignation would be accepted.
