Grand Slam Masters Final starts: Aronian wins the first round

The opening ceremony of the Grand Slam Masters Final took place in Sao Paulo. The results of drawing of lots are the following:

1. Anand, 2. Aronian, 3. Caruana, 4. Carlsen, 5. Karjakin, 6. Vallejo. Armchess.am informs about this. 

Yesterday, on September 24,in the first round Aronian played with whites against Karjakin and won the game. Anand ended in peace with Vallejo and Caruana won the game against Carlsen.
