Azerbaijan will not resume large-scale hostilities.

Today’s Azerbaijan is not the country of the past half year, the director of the “Caucasus” Institute, political analyst Alexander Iskandaryan said at a press conference.

According to him, today we are dealing with a country of limited resources which is in the center of the international criticism because of constant violations of human rights.

At the same time, the expert does not rule out that Azerbaijan is to continue to exacerbate tensions and create a clash suspension from time to time on the border.
