S. Sargsyan sent a letter condolences on the demise of mother of the National Hero of Armenia Monte Melkonian

On December 10 Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sent a letter of condolences to the family of Melkonians on the demise of Zabel Melkonian – mother of the National Hero of Armenia Monte Melkonian.
