Armenian delegation participated in CSTO joint Ministerial council

On December 19 Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandian, Armenian Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan and Secretary of Armenian National Security Arthur Baghdasaryan attended the CSTO joint Ministerial council. Press and information department of Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs about this.

During the session the participants discussed and accepted the agenda of the CSTO council session which were directed to deepen cooperation in frame of the Organization.

The ministers spoke about some projects on military cooperation till 2020 and discussed some other issues of common interest. The participants of the meeting discussed the annual report by the CSTO Secretary General and referred to the organizing and financial issues of the organization as well.

Some documents were worked out which were presented to the CSTO council to be confirmed.

On the end of the meeting the chairmanship of the CSTO MFA, DM and NS councils was given to Kirgizia from Kazakhstan.
