S. Sargsyan congratulated journalists on New Year

On December 25 Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan hosted the representatives of Armenian mass media, press service of Armenian President informs.
S. Sargsyan congratulated the journalists on coming holidays and wished them health, success in coming 2013. He also wished their hard but interesting and creative work to serve the progress of our nation and society.

“Respective journalists and representatives of mass media.
during the passing year we have continued our efforts to establish freedom of speech and democracy in our country. I thank you for your work done during the whole year and especially your qualified work at the Parliamentarian elections. I have noted that most of our journalists manage to keep their own attitude while writing about political events. This is already professionalism and it is obvious. The achievements during the Parliamentarian elections were great and it is obvious. Now we must continue to go forward.”

Armenian President underlined that the coming year will be very important for our society. He called on journalists to remember that we have serious ambitious and the journalists had important role in this way.
