Armenian Ambassador had a conversation about NK issue with the Canadian official

On February 27 Armenian Ambassador to Canada Armen Yeganyan had a meeting with the Leader of the Government in the House of Commons Peter van Loan. Press and information department of Armenian MFA informs about this.

During the meeting the sides discussed the bilateral parliamentarian relations.

Ambassador Yeganyan had a conversation about the Khojaly cases and presented the reality. Mr. Ambassador underlined that Azerbaijan spread fake information about the events. Yeganyan welcomed Canadian authorities’ support to settle the NK issue peacefully in frame of the OSCE MG.
On the end of the meeting Armenian Ambassador underlined that Armenian nation was thankful towards the Canadian Parliament and the Government for recognizing Armenian Genocide.
